Become a Supplier
Our mission at 6888 Kitchen Grocery Store is to supply the community with fresh and healthy food options. We'd love to collaborate with you to follow through on that promise. Follow the steps below to apply to be a retail supplier. At this time, we are only accepting products that are made within a 10 mile radius of Dayton, Ohio.
STEP 1
Initial Application
The first step to becoming a 6888 retail supplier is to fill out the application. This allows us to cross-check that your business is in good standing and your products are ready for retail. This includes proper labeling and food safety compliance. We will contact you within a week with feedback on your product.
STEP 2
Send a product sample
The next step is to send a sample of your product to the retailer. We have to inspect it to make sure labels and packaging align with 6888 retail standards. Email the team at info@ohtaste.org to arrange drop off of your product.
STEP 3
Formal Supplier Contract
Congratulations! You're accepted. Now you need to fill out the formal supplier contract with your company information so we can get your product on the shelf. Don't forget to also send your IRS W9 form.
STEP 4
You're a supplier!
Make sure to send us your invoice so we can pay you for your delivery of goods. Once a month or as needed, the retailer (6888) will contact you regarding inventory and may make a reorder. Thank you for doing business with us and bringing delicious food to our community!
